How Primeway handles the information people share when they answer a study ad, chat with our assistant or take part in research.
What we collect
Contact details you give us (name, phone, email, ZIP code), your answers to a study's screening questions, your messages with our assistant or team, and records of calls. We also note which ad or page you came from.
Why we use it
Only to see whether a study may suit you, to contact you about that study, and to arrange visits with the research site. We never sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Who can see it
The research organisation running the study you asked about, and the people at its sites who need it. Each organisation's data is kept separate and encrypted with its own keys.
Ad platforms
When an ad leads to a good match, we may tell the ad platform in a privacy-safe way (scrambled identifiers, no health details) so it can find similar people. You can ask us not to.
Your choices
Reply STOP to any message to stop texts and WhatsApp messages. You can ask to see, correct or delete your information by contacting us.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for the study and as required by research regulations, then it is deleted or anonymised.
