Research organisations and their staff who use the platform, and members of the public who use a study page or chat with the assistant.

Not medical advice

Nothing on a study page or in a chat is medical advice. The assistant cannot diagnose, treat or recommend changes to your care. Talk to your doctor or the study doctor.

Eligibility is provisional

Screening results are a first step only. A study coordinator and the study doctor confirm whether you can take part.

Acceptable use

Organisations must have the right consents before contacting anyone, must keep their account secure, and must not use the platform for anything other than recruiting for approved research.

Service changes

We may update the platform and these terms. We'll tell organisations about material changes in advance.
